Lake Valley Properties in South Lake Tahoe is a family run property management company with over 30 years of experience in vacation rentals and long term rentals.  Renting an upscale home, rustic and secluded cabin, or condo with conveniences like pools or boat docks is a great way to enjoy a unique vacation or weekend away with family or friends.    We are proud to offer a wide assortment of affordable, fully furnished vacation properties all within a few miles from the lake (several walking distance), and close to skiing at world renown resorts like Heavenly and Kirkwood,  and a short drive to the casinos and Heavenly Village area.  We even have a handful of pet friendly properties for those with well behaved pets that don't like to be left behind! 

Our rates are extremely competitive and offer excellent value for the money, whether your stay is a few days or a few weeks.

All of our properties come with fully equipped kitchens, local telephones and cable TV, and some have wireless DSL if you must keep up with work while enjoying our beautiful area. Holiday  Nightly Minimums:    December 21-25 and over the Christmas holiday is a 4 night (or more) minimum on all properties.  Dec. 26-Jan. 3, 2009 is a 5 night minimum stay required - some properties may require a 7 night stay.  Call for details or more information.  Occasionally there are less than the 4 or 5 night min. stays available at the last minute - call in early December for availability.   ANY booking that is reserved on-line for less than the nightly minimum without Lake Valley Properties pre-authorization will be subject to cancellation.

Any on-line reservations placed must make contact with our office by 10am the following business day in order for your reservation to be valid.  We will make our best effort to reach you by phone or e-mail, however, we cannot hold properties indefinitely without a paid deposit.
