Holiday  Nightly Minimums:    July 4th holiday is a 3 night minimum (some houses may require a 5-7 night minimum).  ANY booking that is reserved on-line for less than the nightly minimum without Lake Valley Properties pre-authorization will be subject to cancellation.

Any on-line reservations placed must make contact with our office by 10am the following business day in order for your reservation to be valid.  We will make our best effort to reach you by phone or e-mail, however, we cannot hold properties indefinitely without a paid deposit.
