  This was our first time renting a house instead of a hotel. The entire stay in the house was wonderful. The house was very welcoming and warm. There were plenty of towels and blankets for the cold weather.
  The only down side to the stay was there was a broken down truck parked in the covered parking area which made it hard for us to open the doors on our car when we parked and to put the chains on before going on the snow. Also, the sofa was too saggy to sit on and felt like you were sitting in a hole. There isn't a lot of light in the house, but it was not that big of an issue to us as we just moved the lamp around the living room to where it was needed.
  We would definitely stay again and recommend this house to others.

  Everything about this rental was great. Minor details that wouldn't stop me from saying here again are lack of wi-fi and maybe newer TV equipment all around.
  
  However, the property is extremely well kept, it is close to town but a quiet neighborhood, it has all the comfort necessary to have a great time.
  
  In addition to all that, the people around the neighborhood, especially thoee from across the street, give this property an extra that is not easily encountered while on vacation. This time around our Tahoe vacation was not only fun, it also felt homey and like among friends because of the families living in the area.

  Don't be fooled by the unremarkable exterior of this wonderful mountain home. The interior is beautiful! Updated kitchen and bathrooms with mountain decor. Great views from the deck! Close to miles of trails for hiking or running.

  We were very happy with our stay and we have already decided that this is where we will stay whenever we visit Lake Tahoe. Minutes from snow fun, the beah at Lake Tahoe, and every store you may need - it is perfectly located. In addition, the house has everything you need - the photos really don't do it justice. I would rather live in this house over my own! My husband and two kids loved it, and there was plenty of room for more.

  This property was good except the towels in the bathroom were not washed. They were smelling like used towels. I would recommend that people bring their own towels and not make the same mistake we did in assuming that they will be cleaned. The place is dark because of the surrounding trees. Not having enough light fixtures and the less powerful light bulbs make it worse. Also for 3 to 4 days rental, the basic supply should be provided, e.g. Dishwasher detergent, toilet papers.
  Pro: It is in the quiet neighborhood and the place is well maintained.

  The house is clean and well organized. The kitchen is well equipped with everything. There are lots of snow around the house, so the kids had a great time playing in the snow. I especially appreciate Julie who is this house' manager. She is very responsive and very thoughtful! All in all, we will definitely come back for another vacation.

  Great location for adults and kids with trails within walking distance from house - perfect for hiking in summer and sledding in winter. Beautiful view of Mount Tallac from deck; inside nicely appointed with lodge-style decor.

  I had reserved a property on VRBO that was also serviced by this Company. From the pictures on the web, the property looked great. However, when we arrived, we realized the extent to which the web photos had been photoshopped, and the cement block building with its soiled couches and cobwebs was not somewhere we would ever stay. Apparently the property was new to this company and when I called, they immediately moved us to a new property which was spectacular by comparison. They were concerned about the condition of the first property and wanted to ensure that we were satisfied with the property we had rented.
  I would definitely recommend this property and this company!

  We missed a Bear-Resistant Trash Container outside the property and so could not leave the trash bag outside. For a long stay it is not convenient.
  Otherwise the cabin is clean, and in very good condition.
