  Great place to unwind. My husband and two small dogs stayed for a total of 3 days.
  
  The fully stocked kitchen was great, since we were trying to save money by staying away from restaurants/casinos this round up to Tahoe. Because of this factor- it was an ideal location (not necessarily walking distance from the slots to even tempt us)!
  
  The one complaint I had, which I wish I had realized before we arrived, was that there was NO wifi/internet.connection.I typically work remotely for a few hours on our long weekend getaways, and didn't bring my aircard this time. It wasn't a huge deal, but would have liked that to have been a bit more apparent- I guess I've been spoiled :)
  
  Also, we were supposed to have another couple come along with us, but canceled last minute. There are no doors on the bedrooms, so privacy is at a minimum. The bed was really really comfortable so I slept like a baby when I was there.
  
  Otherwise, the cabin suited our needs, was nice and warm, and I would definitely visit again!

  This quirky cabin fit our needs and was perfect for us and our dogs. There are certainly some things that need a little upkeep but it was clean and comfortable and the price was right!

  Overall nice experience living in a cabin close to the lake. Kitchen was well equipped with utensils. Place was close to safeway and several restairants. Bedrooms need a little work done , roof peeling off some cobwebs around the house

  do not sleep on the futon, very uncomfortable. i couldn't sleep upstairs because there is no railing and the dog is not used to the stairs and almost fell. overall great for 2 people. one more thing there is no fence outback, they need a new microwave,
  and the water heater needs to go in another area. thank you

  V6 is a nice little house good for a couple of couples nice big yard. The people next door had a lot of info about tahoe, places to go trials, lakes so bring your bikes.

  Great get away! Great location! The cabin is small, but we were comfortable with 3 adults and 2 small children. We really enjoyed our stay. The only downfall is that it does need a deep cleaning. The place was surface clean, but behind the furniture, corners
  of the walls, in the ceiling cracks, and in the windows were a lot of spider webs. The cabin does need a patio table so, people can enjoy eating and drinking outside. We felt that it was worth the money.

  Very nice location, small place but have a very good feel, in overall it is clean, beds are good.The pretty small thing but if it can be fixed would be nice: dishes were not washed before put away and all little decoration in the kitchen could use a wash up, cobwebs around the windows and on the staircase with the spiders so kids got spooked. Also you probably could mention that all beds in the loft, all 3 of them, they separated but no doors involved. If I knew that I would probably get a different place, so it is end up that we really like the stay and it is good that I did not know that. It is our 4th year this you property company and I would like to thank you all and Julie specifically for a wonderful job of making our winter holidays so good.

  The place was smaller that expected. The beds were very unconfortable. They really need to up date the furniture. Suggest that they put fans up stairs to cool the rooms off. The only thing that looked like it had be up dated was the bathroom...

  The pots and pans were dirty and dusty. There is expired food in cabinets. The place was cute but needed a good cleaning. Cob webs in the bedrooms and the ceiling. Bathroom was clean. Great location. The twin beds are lumpy. Very affordable. Next time I will spend more for a bigger cleaner place

  This was a great cabin at a great price! For the price We really didn't know what to expect and we were so pleasantly surprised with the cabin when we arrived. It was a perfect place to spend our Thanksgiving. It was cute and cozy and had a full size kitchen for cooking, we could't have asked for anything better. We will definitely return one day!   We had a great time but the beds were bad they needed new ones. The furniture was out dated. Other than that it was great if the beds were up dated and the furniture was updated we would have loved to stay longer but i was great everything was so close and with in waling distance and we loved it other than the bed and the furniture. We would stay there again if the furniture and beds were updated.

  All downstairs windows were unlocked on entry. Although the beds were clean the mattress were totally worn out and very soft. We slept on the futon for our stay.
  Exterior of premise was clean but a pile of tree branches were left in the driveway. Very convenient for shopping, lake access and walking.

  Cottage is very small but everything you need is there. If little bit clearner, that would be great.You can not beat this price. You can get privacy for sure.

  The best thing about the property was the price. It was ok and clean but not the nicest house. Definitely worth the price however and in a good location. Kind of hard to find in the dark but overall great stay.

  The only negative comment I had was that the inside of the kitchen cabinets has obviously not been cleaned since the forest fires several months previously and there was ash residue in some of the kitchen equipment. Otherwise my overall experience with rentals from Lake Valley Properties have been A-OK, and I hope to continue to use the service in the future.

  I thought the cabin was in a good location and was good for the price, It did have a old musty smelland didn't feel very relaxed. We only slept there and stayed downstairs on the futon. I would pay more next time for a more comfortable stay.
