  Vacation rental was grand ... the side show provided by nature, with the Bears raiding the garbage dumpsters and high jumping six foot fences even added to the enjoyment. That was all at NO CHARGE!!

  We had a very pleasant stay at the cabin, which is fully equipped and nicely organized. Checking in and out was so easy, and we will definitely stay there again if we visit the area in the future.

  The property is clean and many say "homey"... We had a good time but we missed many amenities you find elsewhere for similar price.
  
  It has no covered parking, washer and dryer in unit (coin operated in the next building) and no dishwasher. Walls are thin and you'll hear the upstairs neighbors and your parking spot may be taken -- if you can figure out which one it is.
  
  We've stayed several places around Tahoe. If they'd be available, I'd choose those.

  My family and I had a great weekend in Lake Tahoe. We did a little gambling, attended a beautiful wedding on the lake, and enjoyed the beautiful scenery Lake Tahoe has to offer.
  V18 provided all of the comforts of home. We were very pleased with the location, cleanliness, and comforts of our condo. I would highly recommend V18 to friends and family. In fact, we look forward to another stay very soon.
  I also want to mention, Julie of Lake Valley Properties was extremely helpful and is part of the reason we will definitely be returning to Lake Valley Properties for our condo needs. Thank you Julie for all of your assistance!

  The location was very close to Heavenly and the casinos. The decor could use a bit of an update but it was very clean and comfortable. We could hear footsteps from the unit above but it did not detract from the overall experience. The large master bedroom with the attached bath was a nice feature. Large kitchen too. Management was very friendly and helpful.

  the condo was really nice, just enough room for my family.the only thing was the upstairs guest were stomping to hard you could hear everthing from slamming doors, and the floor wood was making alot of noise other than that it was a wonderful place we had alot of fun thanks

  We were very happy staying in Lake Tahoe property V18. The location was great, house was clean and very comfortable. We are looking forward to staying again because we had so much fun. We were in the pool every day and enjoyed the picnic/bar-b-que facilities. The house was well equipped and could accomidate our family well. The only thing missing was a dishwasher. A perfect vacation!

  Very nice condo - although the walls and ceiling were very "thin" as we could hear just about anything that went on next door and above us - kind of annoying but that's "condo livin" for ya.
  The location couldn't have been greater - just up the street from all the action on the main street yet far enough away so we didn't have to listen to traffic noise. We still prefer a rental "house" but this fit the bill this time and our needs for the vacation. We had a fantastic time in Tahoe - one of our most memorable vacations in 25yrs!

  We wever very happy with the property, its location and the overall maintenance and appearance of it. The grounds were beautifully maintained. the condo itself was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Overall, it was one of the nicest places we've stayed and I would definitely request this property again should we need a place in So. Lake Tahoe. The price was very fair also. The only complaint I had was that the pool was a little too warm for swimming for exercise.
