  I always rent from Lake Valley Properties. This house is basically our vacation house. whenever we go tahoe i rent this house. We love the location of this house very much.

  The location is perfect, the house itself is very small and outdated. It does sleep 10 people but if all 10 gather in the living room or near kitchen it becomes very crowded. Some lights and internet did not work I am sure the management company would fix it if it wasn't for New Year's weekend so no complaints there. I liked dealing with property management, they were very helpful and accommodating, we asked for pack'n'play for our baby and they out it in the house, saved us space in the car! Suggestion: I would get rid of all bulky TVs in each room, I don't think people watch those nowadays and get one flat screen in the living room, will save a lot of space!

  This was my ninth visit to Lake Tahoe and I've rented various other vacation rentals depending on the number of people on the trip. This was by far the best location yet. The house was very comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. We walked 1 1/2 blocks to a little park overlooking the lake and it was amazing. The house could use a few minor fixes, but I would rent it again for sure.

  The DVD played was broken. I called the property manager who had one delivered in a little over an hour. The only complaint we had was the grill for the BBQ was missing, good thing i brought my own.

  The location is ideal. Partial lake view from the upstairs bedroom. Plenty of beds and linens. The house will be very appealing with some upgrades including appliances , carpets and curtains. Like most of the house in the area, this house is surrounded by big trees so there is limited sunlight available.
  The Ceiling fan in the kitchen was not dusted. Overall comfortable stay but could have been better.

  Our family overall had a great time. When we first got to the property it was very dirty. Dishes in sink,laundry in washer & dryer,Bedding all undone,and none of the carpets were vacumed and none of the floor's were sweeped and worst of all none of the trash had been picked up, leaving barely room for our's to come.We did like the location. I think next time we'll rent a more modern place and have it located right on the water front. We must say however it was very nice to get a quick response from the property management and we did get our security right back but it would of been nice also to recieve a small discount too.
