  Had excellent time here during Christmas weekend. Very spacious rooms, kitchen with newer appliances etc. Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay around south lake tahoe area.

  Hi, I was not happy at all with this property. The only good thing, I can say that it was spacious. The hot tub temperature was very never got hot enough. I will suggest to check this out. 2. I was found out that we did not have hot water on Friday night
  around 11 pm, when some of us was taking showers. I called the office on Saturday morning at 8:05 a.m. to report the issue. It took two hours to get someone call the cabin. One of my guests figured it out and turns on the pilot. This is something that we should
  not be dealing with while we are on vacation.3. The sliding door did not locked. I did not feel safe, while we could not lock the back door. I suggest to get this fix. 4. There was not enough pots/pans in the kitchen.

    Thank you for the review Paula. We sent someone out to take care of the hot water issue as soon as we knew about it. Sometimes the weekend/overtime response time takes a little longer when businesses aren't actually open that day. We weren't made aware of the hot tub issue, but would have also sent someone out to troubleshoot that as well. I'm not aware of a sliding door at this property, but there is a regular back door with upper deck/hot tub access that does lock properly (we checked it to make sure). I'm sorry you weren't happy! Wish we would have known so we could have made it better during your stay (like lacking kitchen items, hot tub temp, etc.)

  We were really shocked by the cabin, the pictures just didnt do this place justice. Once we walked in and looked around is when we realized how nice it really was. I cant tell you in words how nice the master bed room was. Juile was amazing and took real good care of us. went up during a storm so the internet was never up, but that wouldnt stop me from renting this place again.

  Back yard great for making snowmen and even sledding! Julie from Lake Valley Properties was extremely helpful; while making the reservation and also during a storm-caused power outage. Loved the heated driveway and large heated garage.

• We loved the house! It was very big and perfect for two families each with three kids! It was great having two family rooms, one for the kids and one for the adults! we loved that there were two King bedrooms and that the decor was modern.

  Beautiful home with plenty of space for a weekend getaway. We enjoyed cooking our meals in the kitchen.
  
  Had issues with the stove top because burners on the left side were hard to control. Did not produce enough heat.
  
  There needs to be an additional shade added to the window. On a sunny morning, you will wake up with the sun in your face.
