  I and my family loved the house we rented on the keys. MY only complaint is that the bathroom door in the lovely master sweet was non existant, which meant that the bathrooms big tub could not be enjoyed without kicking everyone out of the room. I also found thick green mold in the refrigerator located in the bar. mY husband cleaned that. I thought for what I was paying the place should have been spotless. I found the kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, pots and silverware. It was so well stocked though that there was no place for me to put the food we had brought. We had to leave it in boxes which cluttered up this beautiful house. Besides that, I would stay there again. The house was Beautuful and the view breathtaking. Even with no snow our stay in December was wonderful.

  We found the location and views to be amazing with quick access to the lake. It is a wonderful family style home. We were disappointed, however, in the cleanliness of the home - the BBQ grill was unusable, toothpaste in the sink, hairs in the tub, lipstick
  marks on the glasses, etc. The kitchen counters were greasy around the cooktop. We would recommend this home to friends on the condition that it were cleaned thoroughly.

  Patio improvements terrific. Furniture and Carpet also need upgrading. However, we had a perfect family vacation and hope to return next year. Julie gets 5 stars or her pleasant attitude and special care of renters.

  This house and location are ideal for large families and groups. I have now stayed there three times, in both winter and summer, and nobody has ever had anything but fun.
  Great water access and generous use of kayaks. The deck is perfect for outdoor dining. Fantastic views of sierras surrounding Tahoe. Proximity to beaches. Excellent snow removal in winter.
  The service is always perfect - the information we need and the allowance for privacy. We look forward to staying in Tahoe again and renting from Lake Valley Properties.

  Our families found the house very nice and met our needs beautifully. Having two children and one pre-teen, the downstairs room was great for TV and Wii. The view is spectacular. We would like to rent this property again.

• the pool hot tub were not on sight and you had to pay additionally to use them other than that it was a great place to stay also Many items I was told to bring were at the rental so better communication would be good

    Our apologies for the misunderstanding. We do state on the website and in the contract that the Tahoe Keys pools and amenities are not at the actual property and that there is a minimal daily fee for usage. We are glad you enjoyed your stay overall !

  Our family vacation (6 adults and 2 children) was so incredible. The lake house is wonderful. When the upstairs deck reconstruction is completed it will be even more enjoyable. We are planning on this property for next summer's vacation.

  The place has a great location and the second story deck is a great place to spend time. The only part of the house that needs to be improved is the second story deck, which is on its last legs. It was dirty, carpet needs to be replaced and for the second year in a row we ran out of propane for the gas grill, with no backup in the garage. Fix the upper deck and we'll be back for sure!

  The stove wall side's electrical outlets(3) didn't work. There were 3 cigars left by the previous tenant left by the bar-b-q. Needed more towels for bathroom and kitchen use.
  Overall- we had a wonderful time. Wonderful house! Had a blast kayaking. Will stay again next year if possible.
