  - i called lake view property couple of time for some information the person was not aware of stuff most of the time.
  
  - there is some issue with air conditioning in the home and water heater. need to fix that as it is most important thing.
  
  - overall it is very nice property with most of amenities and i would like to strongly recommend it if above two things are fixed.

  Me and my family stay at S. Lake Tahoe (V56), it was a very nice stay. The house was beautiful, nice, and clean. We really enjoyed ourself, it was in a very nice location. The only thing went wrong was the oven. I was cooking a tri-tip,then the oven decided to go out on me for about 45 minutes or so. So, I cooked it on the top burner...not good. It came back on after 45 min and I rushed it back in the oven. Other than that just totally a nice stay. You don't need to bring anything, they have it all there, which is a totall blessing. When I came home and got in my bed, I started looking for our next trip. My youngest son said mom I want to stay in the same house (V56). So, that's what we're going to stay on our next trip. Also, I want to say to the property management Julie you were a tremendous help, I want to say thank you.

  PS: If you decide to stay at (V56), don't bring nothing!!! Maybe a highchair for your baby.... That's all.........

  The property was nice and it was in a great location. The recreation center with the gym, hot tubs, and pools was about a mile away. The complaints that I have about the property are that the fireplace was not working, two of the bedrooms did not have TV's or alarm clocks, and the home did not have a radio.

  We needed more blankets and we had trouble with the oven. I called and the agent at lake valley properties brought out some blanket from her home. The next morning she brought over a roaster oven for our use. They were very accommodating and quick to respond to our needs. The property we rented was out 5th time renting with this agency and all the properties we rented were true to their descriptions and photos. We will continue to use Lake Valley Properties for out trips to So. Lake Tahoe.

  I the propertywasvery accomadating it is very close to store, gas, clothing store etc i was very pleased with the location and the rental was absolutley georgous it has a overview of the lake in the back although we ther during the snow it was very nice
