  about the beds and they still really bad.
  House is excellent, location is great

  I was pleased with this home. We have rented other homes in Tahoe before but must admit I liked this one better. The home was clean and close to the beach and downtown area. It was spacious, big living room and kitchen. Plenty of linens, towels, beddings. Dining table was big enough for everyone. I would rent this home again. I didn't have any questions for the property manager because the info packet they provide covers everything.

  I would have given the property 5 stars except for ONE item - the beds are extremely uncomfortable. The kids slept on the floor and I slept on the couch - the other adults just suffered. Other than that it was a great house and we will definitely rent it again.

  It would have been nice to have more cooking supplies like bigger bowls and a coffee pot that worked faster. I know that it is hard to keep things like foil and plastic wrap in a rental, but that would have been convenient. We have stayed in this rental two times before (07, 06) and it was just as nice this time.

  The rental property was very spacious and in a great location, however, there was only one problem that bothered me and my guests. There was just way too many spiders!!! I don't know if there are any pest control services available, but it would be nice to have it taken care of prior to renting. Otherwise, we all had a great time. I would rent there again, but make sure that the spiders are gone!!!
  
  I also want to take this time to thank "Julie" at Lake Valley Properties for her excellent customer service. She was very courteous, patient, and knowledgeable regarding the rental process and paperwork required. I truly want to thank her for her assistance and kindness. She is a true asset to the company. Thanks again.

  Lake Valley Properties was excellent. They were polite and incredibly helpful. The location of the home was ideal for us. It was in a perfect spot and made everything within our reach. My (as well as the others that stayed at the home) only complaint is the absolute lack of maintenance and cleanliness of the property. It is a beautiful home, but poorly maintained. Some of the beds had no sheets on them so we had to make the bed ourselves. The "linen" closet was so unorganized and we were scrambling for towels...until we found a whole load in the dryer our last night there. There were food remains in the refrigerator, the floors were filthy, and litter was outside of the spa area (which we cleaned up). Our stay was still incredibly pleasant, I just hate to see such a beautiful home be so poorly maintained. Again, thank you to Lake Valley Properties for helping us have a wonderful vacation.
