  Enjoyed working with Lake Valley Properties. We were originally scheduled to stay in a different cabin. The original cabin we rented was directly next door to my parents place. Lake Valley called the day before check-in to inform me that the cabin water heater and heater had gone out. They helped to put us in a different cabin (No problem, however it was a little inconvenient). The new cabins downstairs shower didn't work properly and the upstairs shower had water coming out so fast, it hurt to wash up. In addition, the thermostat in the cabin was hard to regulate (either too hot or too cold, hard to get it just right). Overall, good experience but would not stay there again. Place was very outdated, a little rundown and amenities were not that great. Do agree, you get what you paid for :). No major complaints though. Did want to say I enjoyed Lake Valley Properties and would work with them again.

  The property was very clean, the sheets, towels etc were perfect, but there was a few areas that could have done with a dust. Snow clearance was first rate, and you can walk to the Tahoe Grill. Very good value for money, and lots of room for our 3 children, I would stay here again.
